- Abstract:
- The purpose of Experiment 45-1 was to determine the effects of thinning in three (3) plantations by the use of dendrometer. Weekly measurements of growth dendrometer on 10 trees each in control and thinned portion of plantations, concentrating on spruce only. This actual measure of growth should reveal effects of thinning sooner than other methods. Plantations 24-A, 24-C and 24-F.
