- This bibliography has been prepared to furnish background material for time and cost studies to be conducted at the Harvard Forest in cooperation with the Graduate School of Business Administration of Harvard University.
- An attempt has been made to list all references bearing directly or closely on the subject of time and cost in the cultural operations of growing trees, their harvesting, and their subsequent handling and initial manufacture. The list is not complete, but it is believed to encompass the bulk of the literature on the subject.
