Abstract:
- Harvard University established the Northeast Regional Center of the National Institute for Global Environmental Change in 1990. The Center has initiated and will nurture and support for periods of several years, a few collaborative research programs, each of which has the aim of reducing and characterizing scientific uncertainties associated with a crucial aspect of the global environment.
