  • Support for the expansion of the communications capacity of the Harvard Forest and the Northeast Science & Policy Consortium. Funds will be used to: 1. Pay for an executive level communications training program with Spitfire Strategies. 2. Participate in a year-long communications webinar series organized by Spitfire, together with other Harvard Forest and Northeast Science & Policy Consortium Staff. 3. Develop a communications plan for the Harvard Forest and for the Consortium based on Spitfire training.
