- Abstract:
- Vegetation surveys around lakes in the eastern Adirondack Mountains, the Fish Creek region of the Central Adirondack and the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts done as part of a project aimed at understanding and testing models of pollen representation in sediments of small lakes by comparing modern pollen assemblages with vegetation composition in the surrounding region.
